We’ve worked with mobility company Island Mobility, developing a range of internal tools to assist their day-to-day business operations.
The “Workforce” project allows home appointments for equipment surveys, installations, maintenance and deliveries to be scheduled by office staff and assigned to the team out on the road. Push notifications and built-in instant messaging allows staff members to instantly communicate with each other, reporting any issues from appointments back to the office.
Simple fleet management tools allow office staff to see the locations of the team on the road in realtime and assign jobs efficiently to nearby staff members.
The cloud-based nature of the new system allowed office staff to continue working from home during the Coronavirus lockdown.
