Working with MindWorks Marketing, we developed a hybrid mobile shopping app for iOS and Android for leading international sports retailer Wiggle.

Wiggle identified the need for an app following extensive customer research and huge growth in mobile purchases. With the busy seasonal shopping period fast approaching, we worked with the client to scope and build a hybrid retail app for the initial release. This would take the form of native apps for both iOS and Android, which would include elements of the mobile web shopping experience alongside native technologies not otherwise available via the web.

A roadmap was developed with the aim of further enhancing the app through the increasing addition of native features in the future.

The app received over 20,000 downloads in the first two weeks after launch, reaching #2 in the iOS Health & Fitness category. We have since expanded to 20 territories, and continue to receive hugely positive reviews – averaging 4.8 out of 5 as of November 2017
